属性名默认值必填说明
filejson否数据格式，默认 json，可选 xml
date当前日期否yyyy-MM-dd，默认当前日期
type-否date 日期为基准，last 返回前一天，next 返回后一天

返回值

注意：响应类型为 text/html，需要 JSON 解码
